Velocity Public Adjusting (VPA) is experiencing tremendous growth and is currently seeking a small number of independent contractors for short-term assignments (60/90 days) with the potential to lead to a full-time regular position. While we typically hire and train candidates in-house at our Lexington offices, given our current needs, we’re seeking individuals who can hit the ground running.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders such as Jack Hanks, who was recently awarded Public Adjuster of the Year. We’re seeking candidates with prior experience in loss documentation to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to Damaged Properties and Performing On-site Inspections.
• Meeting with the Insured and the Engineer as needed.
• Providing Written and Photo documentation of suspected storm or claim-related damages.
• Collaborating with the Company’s internal team to ensure processes are followed and receive necessary support.

The position compensation is competitive based on experience. In addition, a daily meal per diem is provided on travel days during the 60 to 90-day term.

Additional Details:

• This is not a Public Adjuster (PA) position; it is a unique opportunity for individuals experienced in loss documentation.
• While a PA license is a bonus, it is not required for this position, as you will only be documenting the loss.
• The successful candidate will be expected to travel a minimum of 20 days a month, crucial for providing timely and thorough documentation for our in-house team.
